Our Core Values and how we started

GRM Group was founded in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic by Lee Jones, who set out with nothing but tools, determination, and a vision to build something meaningful. What began as a small maintenance business—built door by door, job by job—quickly gained momentum through hard work and reputation.

Lee partnered with Luke Carter, who became a co-owner and brought with him a wealth of over 25 years of experience; from starting as a trainee estimator/surveyor at just 16, to becoming a qualified building/Quantity surveyor with a major national housebuilding firm. Lukes’s expertise introduced structure, efficiency, and long-term strategy—helping transform GRM from a local operation into a growing force in Bristol’s construction and maintenance industry.
